Easy Invoice is designed to be private by default. We collect no personal information unless you explicitly choose to share it (e.g., when you share a PDF via your system share sheet).
The data stored on your device includes:
All of the above is stored locally on your device using the platform's local storage APIs. We never transmit this data to any remote server.
Since your data never leaves your device, we don't "use" it in any traditional sense. The app simply reads from local storage to display your information and generate PDF documents. That's it.
When you choose to share a PDF (via email, WhatsApp, AirDrop, or any other method), the app hands the PDF file to your device's native share sheet. The sharing mechanism is controlled entirely by your operating system and the app you share to. Easy Invoice does not intermediate, store, or track this process.
Easy Invoice does not include any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, or tracking libraries. We don't know how many invoices you've created, which features you use most, or even whether you open the app more than once.
The app requires no account creation, email registration, or login. There is no user profile on any server. This means there is no password to steal, no account to hack, and no personal data stored on our infrastructure — because we have no infrastructure.
Easy Invoice does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-processing services. The app is self-contained and functions entirely offline.
The only third-party involvement is the system share sheet (iOS/Android), which is a standard operating system feature. We do not control how the receiving app handles the data you share.
Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. You can delete individual invoices, customers, or items at any time from within the app. To delete all data, uninstall the app — this removes all locally stored information completely.
Easy Invoice does not maintain backups or copies of your data on any external system.
Easy Invoice is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since no data is collected server-side in the first place, this is inherently the case by design.
If this privacy policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Since the app has no server-side update mechanism, significant changes will also be noted in the app's version release notes.
